17^th to 21^st June, 2013, Shanghai- Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute held the second Research Coordination Meeting (RCM) for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)'s Coordinated Research Project (CRP) “Increasing NPP Performance through a Process-oriented Knowledge Management Approach”.

Ten experts from IAEA and other participating member states attended the meeting. During the session, the participants reported the second year's progress on their subprojects. In addition, the experts discussed IAEA's standards, guidelines, technical documentation system of Nuclear Knowledge Management (NKM) and determined the final goal of the project.
