The China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair, 2017 (CSITF2017) was held at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center from April 20 – 22, 2017 on the subject of "Better Technology, Better Life". Large Advanced Pressurized Water Reactor - CAP1400, as one of the 16 national major projects, was invited to attend CSITF2017 due to the contribution it brought to the nuclear power industry in China.

Shanghai Nuclear Research & Design Institute delegation, lead by Vice President, Mr. XIA Zhiding, attended the conference and introduced the basic information of passive system, the innovative achievements and intellectual properties attained through the implementation of CAP1400. 

CSITF , which is approved by the State Council, co-hosted by Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science and Technology, State Intellectual Property Office and Shanghai Municipal Government, is a national-level professional fair specially for international technology trade. The core philosophy of CSITF2017 aims to actively build an authoritative display, exchange and service platform that promotes the development of technology trade and the execution of innovation upgrade strategy by integrating scientific and technological power and innovation achievements home and abroad.
